Game stuck on "Now Processing" after pressing start

I keep getting "now processing" after pressing start when the game loads. I'm new to gamezbd, so I don't have any characters or family name yet. The retail servers for Black Desert Online works completely fine for me.

Things I have tried so far:

• Kept using admin rights
• Redownloaded the game multiple times from launcher
• Tried doing Force Check a couple of times too
• No antivirus, only windows own antivirus
• Disabled Firewall
• Restarted router and computer
• Closed background apps
• Changed DNS to Google's DNS and Cloudflare's DNS
• Cleared BDO cache files in both locations
• Flushed my DNS cache
• Tried a VPN

After all of that I tried running multiple ping tests through the different DNS servers and a few other websites to make sure the problem isn't on my end. I ran the test three separate times per DNS server with these CMD commands: "ping 158.69.229.115 -n 10"

With my default ISP DNS:
Total packets sent: 30
Total packets received: 7
Total packets lost: 23
AVG ping: 235.5

With Google DNS:
Total packets sent: 30
Total packets received: 6
Total packets lost: 24
AVG ping: 235

With Cloudflare DNS:
Total packets sent: 30
Total packets received: 8
Total packets lost: 22
AVG ping: 235

I have also tested the IP on other websites and they got a bunch of packet loss too. websites tested with:

I've gone further with testing and saw that the IP didn't change in the service.ini file. Only thing that gets changed is the nationType.
NA flag sets it to 0 while EU sets it to 1. I don't know if that's normal, but after that I tested it with the EU IP (5.196.84.119) listed on the forums and Discord.
I got zero packet loss with this IP, but I could still not play the game. I do get a different error with the EU IP in the config though. After saying "now processing" for a while it changes to "Failed to connect".

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

 

UPDATE / FIX: I figured out my password was too complicated for the server and it probably contained a character somewhere that stopped me from logging in. To fix this you just have to create a password with only letters and numbers to be safe.
