Game stutter

    my game still stutter even in optimal settings
    Specs:
    Ryzen 7 3700x
    Asus x470-f
    16gb 3200mhz
    2070 super
    Water cooling
    CPU temps: 60-70
    GPU temps: 45-55
    I already clean format, re-install the game, checked my bios settings but my game still stutter.

    Just wanted to answer your post, saying that whenever you pick-up loot, the computer "rolls" for it. So there could easily be a bit of stuttering happening, but hopefully the amount has decreased a lot by now.
