Game will not load

Ok so i was playing yesterday and now today the game just sits at the login screen and does nothing ?
I can log in to other private servers with no problem so i know it is not my client that is the problem, i have reinstalled the gamez AION launcher and still the same problem any ideas?

this is the first time i have had a problem getting into the game server

any ideas would be awsm thanks

NVM after installing the launcher the 3rd time it now seems to work THANKS

 

okay firstly, try reinstalling the entire game again with the Gamez launcher; whilst following the steps located on http://www.gamezaion.com/..

or.. depending on the OS (operating system) you are using, whether its developed by Microsoft (Windows) they all have timeout sessions.. meaning when it thinks that application isn't going to respond it will terminate it. you can either change these settings via the DOS box.. i will upload the link for simple instructions at a later date if required.
