Solved Game window terminated after 2-3 sec launch

I got some problem to start the game.
The error show like this
[02:13:29] Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
[02:13:29] Blocked loading of file 'C:\Windows\System32\amdihk64.dll'
[02:13:31] Game terminated with error code: 0xC0000005

but after I install Radeon-Software-Adrenalin (tried both "2019 edition" and "latest 2020 edition")
This error [02:13:29] Blocked loading of file 'C:\Windows\System32\amdihk64.dll' is gone
But the game still terminated after 2-3 sec launch (and sometime show error "Game terminated with error code: 0xC0000005"), JUST SOMETIME.

 

Do you have bitdefender antivirus? Have you recently updated OS on top of the AMD update?Try:

• Setting exceptions in your antivirus and firewall for BDO
• Turning off advance protection on Bitdefender
• Uninstalling Bitdefender
• Running system file check

 

All process below are done before posting.
- antivirus exception done
- no bitdefender, I have only Windows one.
- no bitdefender
- if u mean, /sfc things, done

btw, after AMD update I tried to launch the game, same problem. Then, I update Windows, still same problem.

 

Have you tried a File Check? Open the Launcher, click Settings and click "Force Check".
