    You have to install the NCSoft Launcher (NCSOFT Game Launchers) and then the Gamez Launcher (http://gamezaion.com/Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe). After you are done with those two steps you have to downgrade (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]-downgrade-4-5-0-20-4-5-0-14-a-180069/) as Gamez is still 4.5.0.14 and you have to use the latest item.pak (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]-4-7-4-5-014-items-pak-177961/) so you won't have any issues with your items etc.
