GameOption not found !when launching the game !!

I tried force-check and re-installed the game 3 times nothing seems to work every time I play the game I cannot adjust graphics in game at all and when I switch off the game and switch on I have the same problem can you please help ?

also in the second picture every time I change Black desert folder to GamerzBDO it automatically creates Black Desert folder in my documents and GamerzBDO is canceled out ?
