GameOption.txt not found

Hello everyone,
two days ago i got a problem where every time I launch the game I get GameOption.txt not found. However, i can enter the game but i cant save anything and i cant access beauty album T_T.
solutions i tried:
1- delete the whole game and install it again.
2- giving the entire game folder exception to my antivirus and windows defender.
3- giving all the user on my PC full access to the folder.
4- delete gameoption.txt and then force check game folder from the launcher.
5- installed this https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/.
is there anything I can do to fix this problem its really frustrating.
