Gamez Aion Laucher doesn't work :(

so i was trying to download the gamez aion download and whenever i try to download it and i press run and it loads, then i press run again, and the once i get to the part where i accept the rules, it just dissapears, i have no idea wat happens, i sped through it once and finished it, but i never downloaded on to my computer and i can't play. And when i try it on google chrome it just says "The webpage at http://gamezaion.com/Gamez Aion Installer.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Please Help
