Gamez Launcher not working

Hallo
I'm new here trying to get youre launcher working twice already --Not--
The LAuncher starts NCsoft than after a while screen just popd off.
its the 3rd time I reinstalled everything I cleaned everything and overwrote it 3times.
and did again excactly how you it was suggested.
NCsoft launcher bring me to the loginscreen, your launcher only starts up to NCsoft and after awhile disapear.
I'm in germany but everything is set to North amerika.
Soo many hours all for nothing.:andy:
B.t.w. the .bat file is doing the same as your launchzer its starts fine , than pops off.
please -if you could help me - it would be nice..
I thought this could be a good server with many people--and I don't like only german servers..:alien:
