Client Issue Gamez Launcher Stopped working!!! HELP TO FIX!!

1. Open your folder, try running the launcher from there.
2. If nope, check your Task Manager, see if there is any aion.bin listed there. Remove it if so.
3. If nope, re-install your Gamez Launcher.
4. If nope, go to your Aion folder again, right click -> 'Properties' -> untick 'Read-only' -> 'Apply to all subfolders as well' -> 'OK' -> Run your game.
5. If nope, check if your Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) is still installed on your computer.
6. If none helped, for now run your game via GamezAION BAT file in your folder.

 

how to re-install the launcher? i cant find it!

 

then i try the BAT file, after i log in, it will hung up then stop!

If even re-installing the Gamez Launcher in your folder didn't help, there is a possibility that your account got (hard)stuck. In that case leave one of your IGNs below and we will try unsticking your character manually. I can only imagine this scenario if you have recently played the game but now it gives this error out of the sudden (perhaps after a sudden disconnection while playing).

but i think its not im my account or my char is the problem i think its the gamez file..
i try the troubleshoot compatibility and it said the theres have a file missing thats why it need to re install.

 

If you let me teamviewer you, we can find out what's causing it very quickly. Download Teamviewer (takes a second to google and install it) and private message me its ID/Password (bunch of numbers).
