Yeah, you can dos the server with just the IP. Ping "IP-Adress" -t -l 15000 but it won't have much effect as windows makes sure only one ping gets sent every second.

you can just make a bat file as well and just write: ping "IP-Adress" -t -l 128 and click it a few times, but it won't have much effect either.

With a real Ddos you need a little more configurations.

As far as I know leatrix only fixes the TcpAckFrequency. You should try the TCPNoDelay fix as well. Not sure though.

Leatrix only adds half of what is needed really, but you can add the extra file yourself by following this guide.
