Gamez Staff relationship with Clients

I feel that we need to have some stricter requirements for GMs. First of all Id make the post count requirement higher, and an age requirement of 18, so we can get make sure we get some people who are more "mature". I know a few of the current GMs are under 18 as it is and so far if they're doing a good job they should be allowed to stay on as GMs.

This will be for all future applicants. I also feel that how long a person has been a member of the community should be taken into account as well. IE someone who joined in July should be given more preference over someone who joined in October if they both meet the requirements and if the admins are debating over which one to promote.

As for people getting Deleted. That sounds pretty interesting.

OMG YOU'RE INTELLIGENT!! age requirement 18+ for gm, awesome. kick the children that are gm's out.. who are not 18 years old or over. experience comes with time and work, not being signed up to a forum longer than others.
no because if u were to say something mature to the children they will take it as an insult.. e.g angal: kick

and i disagree again on those that have been in the community for longer.. coz somebody who has been in the community for less time might have more experience.

I said that the age requirement would be for current and future applications and that current GMs who are under 18 would be allowed to stay on so long as they're doing a good job.

And as for those who have been in the community longer, I didn't say that should be the main factor, but merely that if several applicants have similar experience and the admins are on the fence about who to promote, then the amount of time one has been in the community should at least be considered.

 

People who want become a GM, should write down wat plans they got about Gamez, like wat they will do when they will get the promotion, describe everything or at least the most in details. Only this way u can be sure about the people u have to deal with and whom to hire :wink:


When they say:
- I will do events
- I will ban hackers
- I will do this... I will do that...


I hope u will agree with me that it doesn't show much about the person u will hire. But when u got a person with certain ideas, plans. Person who knows wat he can offer to the community, then u can judge wisely whom to choose :sideways:


Since Admins do not demand from us to donate a X amount in order to apply for GM position, a full detailed application would be nice to see

 

why have two servers when one is enough.. save money, time.. and you can deal with all the users

But Im saying that people should write down all their ideas. The benefits community will gain from them being GMs.

Describe everything, put an efford to their application to show that they really care about this position.

With the How can you help our server? option they describe what they can do/what they're about to do for the server/community ,in other words ,they're telling their plans .

Ure not the only one althoug there are ppl that could and should be listened cause they want to apport something greater for the comunity.

Its for a better community although i dont see the right ppl whilling for it go in that way.

 

well i don't agree with raiken on that thing but a lot of the gms here aren't active at all..i see every day the same gms on the forums the same 3 gms..and the others keeping their just for the fancy colored name..they should resign their gm and let some space for people who can do better than them!
