Yes I'm using win8. i hope i can fix this after installation.

 

I tell you by now to sit comfortable and respect the basic steps.
Alente fixed the problem for windows 8 users. You will play with no problems.

Me on the other side I have no clue how is gonna be considering Im a windows 7x64bit user and I had the same problem as windows 8 users and alente's patch stilll didnt fixed it lol!

 

im windows xp user, i just updated my framework and directx. I also did a file check on the Ncsoft launcher and finally re downloaded gamezaion. I still get send error report after blue logo appear. idk what the heck to do

 

you will have to go to ncsoft and download it from there

 

I have a problem like this after i have updated my gamezlauncher..anyone knows something?

 

my aion full updated with ncsoft launcher stars perfectly, after that i put the items.pak and the gamezlauncher, updated the game with the gamezlauncher and start it, after that have a looooooong time with the ncsoft logo and then Windows Error: aion stop working.

Btw nicolas you are back from where I started. I renamed those folder (64 into 32) when I got that error with aion has stoped working ..
That is how the game started to work ....but the authentication problem showed up , untill alente provided u with that patch and everyone happy said it's working.

Now I see many more people using windows 7 and encouring the same problem as me, and you do , which is both the authorization and game has stoped working.

 

can u tell me what folder with 64 to 32 u renamed or where is it?
