    Does that happen at certain percentages or you cannot update at all?

    If it's at a certain percentage, stop every process of the updater or just restart your computer then try to update again.

    Delete the items.pak file inside Aion\Data\USA\Items and put the loose files version from the guide

    Same problem , the normal launcher don't give me that , only the private one ,is it a way uninstall the private launcher?
