GamezAion launcher crushing and ncsoft launcher's file repair stuck at 85% (always)

It's been 2-3 days now and my gamezaion launcher always crushes before actually opening the game (or sometimes even when it is open it crushes and then i can't open it again).I had this issue in the past but i managed to deal with it with ncsoft's file repair.Now,whenever i try to file repair it is stuck at 85% (sending error message a while after). I tried updating and then file repairing but update is also getting stuck at some point.Please help me

 

You need to see where it gets stuck and delete that folder so the launcher can download it fresh new. Show us a screenshot of the error and maybe we could help.
