Patch Notes [GamezBD] 04/21/2018

Code:

- Fixed guild quest reset timer
- Implemented monopoly functional for players who has top1 house in city where investment bank exist
- Fixed target select conditions for traps (now they must be attack installer enemy creatures)
- Now max penalty for guild disjoin is 2500000 silver (was been 15000)
- Fixed visual bug with workers zero stats after work complete
- Fixed visual bug when guild funds decreasing twice after manage funds function used
- Fixed visual bug with horses MP after breeding
- Now block stances also blocking debuffs (except addons)
- Now player receive mail message when breeding with his horse started
- Improved server-side checks for detect possible skill use exploits
- Now players can create parties at Battlefield
- Implemented Old Moon Rescue ship (WIP, for now ship can't find way to port from few sea regions)
- Implemented collecting from Khalks/Whales
- Fixed visual glitch with horse stable after buying horse from market. 
- Fixed summon scrolls
