I've been messing with it for a few hours now, I've completely formatted the SSD that I'm using to run BDO. I've checked the firewall settings, gamezbd is allowed access on the inbound exceptions, when I execute the launcher it runs, then stop and says "Access tot he path 'B:gamesbd.status' is denied. The application is terminating." I've tried changing the permissions on the file and it will not allow it, so I can't even delete the file... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, so apparently for whatever reason using the ADVANCED tab in the security properties would not allow me to add or change permissions, but I was able to do it through the security tab itself (if that makes sense). The file had 0 permissions on it so not even the system could make changes and that is why I was having issues, but after adding the users/permissions the client seems to be doing it thing now.

Also make note of your client version compared to the server version
