GamezBDO stopped working

    please help me, my launcher stops working at any moment and sends me the message "GamezBDO stopped working".
    I already uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled it and it is not fixed. Sin título.png

    Do you have an antivirus enabled? Is it blocking access to the game? Try Disabling your Antivirus.

    Yes, I have the antivirus turned off and black desert I have it in exclusions.
