    I have the Garmoth's heart but I found Hughol in Duvencrune he did not have any mission .

    Kyleng, make sure you have all quests enabled. Go to your quest page, ( O ) and click the button on the far left of the bottom of that popout to ensure that all quests are enabled. Then the quest will appear from him to do. Make sure you have all the materials required to invert the heart as well!
