Gathering action bug on quests

So I'm doing quests and now for the 2nd time a quest is bugging on a part where you need to gather an item from another item.

I think this gathering type action itself is somehow bugged and not the actual quests.
These quests (all bugged) require you to do the same action although you are gathering different items.

Same thing is happening as I'm trying to complete this quest - Thinking Ahead - as you can see in the video below.

Please get this fixed as quickly as possible because there are many quests that require this action and players are missing out being able to complete these quests and I cannot reset the quests for the players at this time.

 

The only one problem exists with using the quest objects is:
when you are in a group, the objects, one of your party member has gathered, you can't gather. But when you are alone, there is no problem with gathering from useitem-objects. FIXED 6 days ago

Now group members can gather useitems together, if the quest drop is for each member (need to set "free for all" distribution).
The remaining problem is: if the drop is not for each member, after gathering of the one of group members, the object doesn't disappear. Probably DropService issue. - FIXED 14 days ago
