    How much longer are we going to be locked out of buying ap items I saw the trade in with GM's was stopped even though npc are not fixed. is there a estimated time until either one of the methods are back up?

    You will probably be able to buy ap items again with GM's after the awesome new AMTs are trained properly So they can not only give you what you want but also Fix any other problems you may have.
