Solved Gearing Up

I'm an old player having my comeback and I was wondering why can't I buy gears at Kaisinel using Ceramium Medals when this guide: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threa...lood-marks-ceramium-medals-and-tokens.195985/ shows that that's where I should buy them.

 

Well, the only gears you should be able to buy are the Custodian ones. Emissary and the others are disabled, as well as custodian accessories (except for belt). (This applies for weapons too.)
