    This is not a bug. Your gear has a rank restriction. You can fully use its stats and augment it to level 2 when you reach the General rank, but for you to be able to wear it, you need atleast 4-Star Rank but you can't fully augment it as it needs you to be General-ranked to fully utilize its maximum potential.

    Please stick to this thread instead of creating more.
