Getting DC'ed after several seconds [need help please]

Hey there,

so since 2 days ago my character keeps dc'ing, when i tab out for longer than 10 seconds to look something up...when i go back ingame, it just doesn't respond to anything and after like 2-3 minutes it says that i disconnected from the server. Sometimes it responds again after like 40 seconds, like a suuuuuper mega lag, but this is very rare, most of the time i get fully dced. This only happens, when i tab out or stand still for some seconds, when im walking around and perfoming actions, the game runs completely smooth.

It's just super annoying, because i can't look up anything while playing.

Help pls?
