getting dropped at logon

    I have done this update,,then had issues when my toon lag's on,,kept getting kicked to desktop. I unistalled and reloaded from scratch and same issue. I can log on, get to character screen, select toon, get all the way to the game,,but just as it all loads i get booted to desk top with an error??? any sugestions?:annoyed:

    Are you using the latest Gamez Launcher?
    Are you using the 1.9 item.pak or the 2.0 item.pak or retail?

    Yes i am using the most recent Gamez launcher.,i am using the Ncsoft launcher from Gamez web site then it updates...I uninstalled everything and started completely over yesterday DLing everything from Gamez..?

    Thank You for your help Sycth, I tried the NCsoft repair,,of course it took 4 tries but its working again and i can again harness the winds..:) ...
