    GM can you give the NPC who provides the NPC for crafting? seperdi used although only briefly

    if you arent on siel, your work will be more appreciated, for the NPC, which you are looking for i guess. i believe we will never have it again, and people who got mats from it are a bit more "blessed" with the ability to craft 500+ items. so, no. wait for the drop.
