If the cap is still the same then it still should be

30% cap on evasion which means 300 more evasion than your enemy's accuracy
50% cap on block which means 500 more block than you enemy's accuracy

Base how much accuracy you think you will need from those.

Assassins who don't stack evasion can get somewhere around 3.1k or 3.2k evasion with Sensory Boost and Evasive Boost.

If you want to minimize their chance to evade even with full buff to 10 or 20% you're going to need 3k accuracy

I have tried a Crit/Block templar and got around 3.3k+ block.

If you want to minimize their chance to block at 30% then you're gonna have to reach 3k accuracy.

Don't forget to take into consideration that Berserking lowers your accuracy by 200.

NO! you have your accuracy buffs/mantra. Better put crit on it.

Glad, Accuracy Buff, Mantra? Those 3 things don't even add up. Glad does not have an accuracy boosting buff, Chanters do not have an accuracy boosting mantra.

IMO 2.5k Accuracy on Polearm is decent, I don't have any problems with that amount of Accuracy on my Glad.
The only time it becomes an issue is if Sin's have Sensory Boost on and Templars go into shield mode, but those two things are inevitable to counter.

having 3k accuracy means using single manastones on some part of my set and even on my wep..so maybe im neglecting the dual stones here which hav more use in some other way......

That's exactly what I have on weapons, accuracy +29 manastones. Just because it's a dual stat manastone doesn't mean it's always better. Doesn't matter what manastones you use (green or blue ones) as long you reach the stats you need.

other thing....is the crit manastones make critical damage higher (in terms of damage not in rate) compare to others who hav lower crit on their toons?

Crit Strike manastones increases you crit rate.
Each weapons has their own crit modifiers which increases the damage dealt every critical attack.

2500 is perfect unless your fighting a player with 3k+ block (block build). you need about 2800.
