Asmodian Gladiator? Something along the line of this: Aion stigma calculator
Elyos Gladiator? You can throw in Earthquake Wave or whatever substitute since Shattering Wave is kinda lame.

Since you asked about stigma builds, I'll assumed you're from Lumiel which means the PvP is either in Danaria (Sanctum teleporter, action is near the fortress, South East of the Map) or Tiamarantra's Eye (portal to the Eye is currently opened in Sanctum).

 

I assume you are playing on Lumiel?

If you want to level up fast, do the Katalam Campaign quests , they are rather easy and you will hit 65 in a few minutes.

PvP is concentrated in Danaria , But you can also find someone to fight with around Katalam (Spiralroot shelter - Occupier's lounge)
and in Tiamaranta's Eye (Custom Teleporters are spawned in Pandaemonium / Sanctum, more informations about it can be found Here )

I'm not really good as gladiator (i suck hard tbh), therefore i'm not able to give you particular advices about the stigma way. Thoguh you should avoid using the Sure Strike stigma / Greater Advanced Stigmas (Yellow ones) as gladiator.

Whelp, you won't need any advice on Stigmas then =P

 

Pretty much this or you can change it a bit
Asmo - remove ankle snare and put Severe Weakening Blow
Elyos - put SWB instead of shattering wave cause EQ wave sucks just as much.

Or remove AS and absorbing fury and put sharp strike (i'd never do that but apparently it's good or something...)
