since you need all fortresses to get the Honorary Black Cloud title , which is quite impossible atm, you better the "WheelerDealer"

Actually they are the same, except that honary black cloud is for elyos and wheeler dealer for asmodians. You're better off with chief investigator or easy mark anyway they can be obtained in game easily. 4% speed boost rounds the same as 5% when you are using a scroll and boots and no other buffs.
