    Pretty sure all buffs are base. e.g. ranger buffs don't take into account attack stones, blessing of rock or w/e increases based off base hp.

    Like an extra 1k hp even matters. If a sorc or ranger silences you not like the heal will even work to save you.

    And guess what 50+% of the server is :D
