I am a gladiator.. and I dont want to face a
mage 1 on 1...
for sure in just a second I might killed..
sleep,delay blast, big magma and storm
strike/ glacial shard etc.. combo!
if what they want to cast can cause me a
severe damage!
for me its so unfair )
so I wish gladiator might have a skill that
has a magic resist and suppression
additional.
maybe they can change the spin block skill
into spin resist or suppression!
500 additional magic resist and
suppression for just 2mins and
cooldowning it in 5mins means a lot to all
glad users!
its for the fairness not for the advantage!
I wish it will happen! :-*

Tactics against a sorc? Get first strike and pray to RNG god for silence/paralyze/knockdown.
If without broken godstones, have to break their stone skin before you get slept, prepare to spam second wind/pot when u get hit by stormstrike and then continue on.

 

this guy gets it, only difference is that i break stone skin with 2k cleave lol

it is true that no matter how good u are with glad, sorc that knows his/her class can rape em just by doing 1234567890

illusion - 2 dot silence root - 2 dealy - storm strike = gg

In version 4.2.0.6 that is to come in about more or less a year from now, they are putting to gladiator a shield, like Stone Skin, with a little magical dmg return to the enemy caster. Plus they will be increasing the range of the cleave to 20 meters and with a bonus of 35% crit chance extra to what you stats had.

And also there is a gear around that called the Gundanium; that can only be crafted after you have done all the Wise set and weapons and all the Fenris quest line, and also the lvl 60 craft sets, an option should be available to start the quest for the Gundanium. Its a one set only that fits to every class, and it raises the MR and MSupr to 2k base, plus all the tasty extra bonuses you may need to blast the sorcs in a couple strikes without sweating a drop. Anyway I DO encourage you to quit PVP now and to sorely and only focus to that, so you may in maybe an expanse of 4 months have the whole godly set. Or, to simply quit the game until a year or so, and to enjoy the 4.2.0.6 update. Yet you must not play in that whole year, so your character receive a wealthy extra bonus from the update.

QQing about sorc? D: lolz just think about SMs , 3k+ dmg ignite aether skill -_____- cannot be resisted and dispell 3 buffs and is a instant skill also SMs have 3 skills more to dispell, incluiding the DP skill, that is unfair, epic dmg, epic CC and epic no cast or low cast xD do u have troubles fighting against a sorc? so u never has fought agains a SM w MB ...

sorcs can by pwned early by a glad .

 

sms cant dispel elemental scrolls (100 extra elemental defence decreases damage by around 80-100 dmg depends on the skill)......=3 um so yea dont buff maybe if u are afraid of the dispel? or learn which skills will protect your buffs from dispel :3 ud helps. like that most sms are slow killers thats why sorcs are the main Q_Q.

 

play sin. u'll own them. well if u know how to play. Mages are my easy Mark.

 

How are godstones broken?

Sorcs instead are given 3 blind leaps, 2 invincibility shields, and a wintry armor in a pear tree.

Oh I also forgot, whenever you hit them you are slowed, they have 2 instant cast slows and a slow that can be jumpcasted half a second in. They also ofc can illlusion anytime anyone ever gets close and they have 2 roots, 1 instant cc and 3 other CCs? An AoE stun and a long range AoE stun.

Where they may be glass cannons, it's certainly a shit load of work to get to them.


@ OP, Sorcs are gladiators weakness, each class has one so suck it up and press your skills faster.

SMs can dispell 7 buffs normally and 3 more w DP(30 min cd), its more hard fight agains a SM than a sorc guess.

mostly of sorcs on this server uses the same combo curse+delayed+lava+glacial+storm strike= gg , well u must kill him before get curse rooted, or spam pots and heal buffs to handle a fight vs them.

P.S: the dmg of dispells like magic imposion its amazing and cannot be resisted, ive recived 3k+ dmg on my glad full HAC w just magic implosion lolz

 

So again no buffs = no dps in that way... Unwavering devotion takes 3 dispels to get rid of elemental scrolls cant be dispeled if u have just 1 running scroll on they arnt going to damage you a lot. (with dispel).

 

u remind a me a friend who just talk in theories, but it doesnt applicable into the practice, SMs is the nemesis of a glad, since u got dispelled, u can get bound/fear in the next step, example curse of fire/water+ nightmare and blah blah..,
im talking about the magic implosion like aexample of the new DPS from a SM, coz now i saw SMs w huge dmg and nice mag acc too, great DMG w CCs at same time. talking about elemental resist, its easy to counter that, just use shackle of vulnerabilty lolz

to me its more dangerous a SM than a sorc, im not going to be scared from a sorc.

 

and again, Aion isn't made for both Stigma Tree's.

 

Maybe you need to go do some testing.
