    My account was banned last march 31, 2011

    IGN: Saintneptune
    Server: siel
    Reason why i got banned: they said i was a duper(but im not), they asked where i got my lvl145 enhancement stones, i got those from trades from other players. then they asked who was the person who traded me the lvl145, and i said i forgot the name then boom she/he said "i will ban you"...

    And i also want to know if the issued ban for my account is permanent or temporary
