    How did I not know how to solve your problem.. You asked me why you can't buy Ambassador. I told you it is BUGGED and that we do not sell Ambassador to players anymore. You kept going about how to buy Ambassador. I told you 3 times you cannot. You asked me to fix the bug, I told you it is not up to me to fix, but up to the admin and that I cannot help you further.

    When someone tells you no, it doesn't mean they don't know the answer to your problem. It means the answer is NO. In this case, NO, you cannot buy Ambassador, and I will not buy it for you since I have not been instructed to do so by my higher ups. Sorry. When I said "I can't help you since we don't do that anymore", I wasn't refusing to help you, I meant that we do not sell Ambassador to players like we used to do before 4.8 with other bugged sets. Also when someone tells you they cannot fix a bug, they are not "denying information" or "refusing to help you" or "being unprepared and not ready as a GM", it means they cannot fix bugs, it means they are not responsible for fixing bugs, it means that even if they wanted to fix bugs, they do not have the power to do so.

    I see that communication between us was very hard since it is quite troublesome to understand you and that's probably why I did not fully comprehend what you claim you meant (which I'm pretty sure I did), so if you can, please ask someone else who speaks your language and speaks better English to send me a message and transfer what you want to ask me so I can give you a proper reply. Just FYI, if you want Ambassador, you can create it through Purification.
