    Update your game to the latest version (2.0.0.4) and downlaod the new GamezLauncher from the Game Site.

    At the time gamez/crystal are supporting version 2.0.0.4 if you want to keep playing here just do this STEP BY STEP

    1. Open NCsoft launcher.
    2. Second click on "Aion" ( its on the ncsoft game list)
    3. Click on 'update'.
    4. After it loads RE-install Gamez or Crystal launcher aion (which ever you play)
    Then run the game, if you have any issue post here or pm me.
