    Damn man lol it is time you started paying attention to actual error messages. If the window says .net framework then it is a .net framework error. It also says gamezaion.exe, not Aion, meaning it is a launcher error, not the game's.

    @OP '-TrustSony-' already gave you the answer, you are missing .net framework 4 which is required to run the gamez launcher

    Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center
    Install it, restart your pc, then try run the launcher again.
