It's possible that someone else has gotten hold of your login information/password which is likely if you are using a public computer lab/ cafe, or even someone else's computer. We've all been in your position and it is very unfortunate that you have lost something important to you. Even so, I do not believe the GM's can do anything in this case. I'm sorry.
