GM i think i found a bug in mob drop

    i've been farming the kaidan boots from crack pahtrunner at
    here is the source http://www.aiondatabase.com/npc/211862/crack-pathrunner
    but its not dropping the boots drop rate is 70x but same loot over and over please fix it i really want that plate armor and i wont be able to complete it if the mob wont drop it
