    My Mount the i just Bought,,,

    i accidentally drop it and destroyed it ... for the reason that the cafe where i was playing they don't patch the AION 4.8..

    some items just named (???) i though it was just a wasted item,,, but the i realize it was my horse mount that is missing,,, please

    restore it GM,, i know you will know if im lying,,,, please please please check it

    I think they cant help you cause it's your fault if you have destroyed it, not their.

    As already mentioned, this is a user error and we do not refund items when that happens. I'm sorry for what happened but you understand why we don't do refunds like that.
    About the ??? problem:
    If you have any more questions or problems let me know through a private message. However like I said, we will not be refunding the item.
