Gm, pls help....bugged rank....demoted to rank 1

ELOW GM,

I recently logged in my sorc character this evening......was 1star asmodian army officer with 4.2m ap atm. when i go to gelk to do some ap hunting with elyos, cahrcter just froze when elyos zerg at the crossroad....after dying and respawning, i notice that my rank was demoted to rank1 but when i look at my ap, its still 4.2m something with deduction of course....tried to log out and see if it reverts back to same rank but after repeated tries, still rank 1.....log in my other charcter but they retain their old ranking before update but did not engage them in pvp or wat.....i learned that my friends had similar problems with demoted rank......hey gm, will it be fixed after update???server is down atm for update, thats wat the notice says and hoping if logging in later on will revert back to 1 star ranking......

btw, experience also the bugged "cannot enter abyss/reshanta because you ahve to complete the entrance quest"something......weird....

understand that this sort of things happen when updates are made but pls gm, hope these errors will not become permanent in days to come.....
