GM..request to change back my item on LUMIEL to SIEL...Help me here

GM...Carl....Sir, i have donate over 60 USD...and when i bought an item from valentine shop..my item not appearing in my SIEL character...Then i checked on website history and notice that...my item is on Lumiel side which i didnt even create ANY character in LUMIEL

I"m pretty sure that i click on SIEL cause i will check very cleary before i buy any item...
Now, my item is on Lumiel server...my request is GM ..can u help me to change back my item to SIEL server ?? IGN = Fireflyer (SIEL, ASMO)

I from Malaysia and donate through credit card ...i LOVE this game so much and this is the 1st time i donate to this GAMEZ AION...hope u won't dissapoint me...TY

LUMIEL side WRONGLY credited = ABG magic ring x1 (name = Leliya)
= Raiments of Mastery (name = Fireflyer)
