GM unban my char pls

GM can you please unban my account this is the old owner that account was scammed that is my real Account

that was what im using before i created my other accounts

I am not sure i understand what exactly happened..
You got scammed and you gave your account away, but now you are back and want to play but your account is banned?
Well if so, we cannot help you, sorry. We cannot know whether someone is speaking the truth or not, people would lie and say they are someone else to get their accounts unbanned (not saying you do)

You are responsible for your account's safety.. if you gave it to someone else and he hacked and got banned, the account is not going to get unbanned for any reason.

EDIT: In case you're saying you had two accounts and got an IP Ban on one of them, you are not going to get unbanned either.

 

im telling the truth,,i didnt gave my account away,,someone hacked it somehow,,and after i came back from school my account is banned

Perhaps your password was too easy to guess? I don't know...

We do not refund stolen/lost items unless they were lost from a bug (e.g. you tried to fuse two items and one of them disappeared, in which case the server would be responsible and not you. However, you would still need proof in that case, so we can be sure it happened. A video or screenshots at least.)

Replied to you, but i'll post it here again in case you did not understand it.

When you try to log in at www.gamezaion.com with a wrong password, it says "Forgot Account / Password ?"
Click on it and it will redirect you to this page.
When you do, just type your email in that page as it asks and you will be able to reset your password. Of course it has to be a real email & the email you have registered your account with. If you used a random email, i am afraid i cannot help you.

ps: Many people are having such issue(Forgetting their passwords/emails they have registered their accounts with). If the above cannot help you, try contacting Alente, perhaps he can help you remember the email you registered your account with or something... good luck.
