This is really heartbreaking and disappointing. They're hiding from the job they so eagerly signed up for?

 

i think need a oficial post of GMs Name to can wisper all
for any problems and not a commant in the game they can put invisible in game and we dont know who is connect

 

Well they could take it away and I wouldn't mind at all. It will only be more frustrating for players as they waste time spamming a GM who is too busy to help them.

I thought we did have a GM list post somewhere though. I can't speak for other GMs, but if I am on invisible, I probably won't answer. I use the setting when I am genuinely unavailable.

 

There is one, it just hasn't been updated since I left o.o

I'll have to have Carl upload some server files before I can fix it though, permissions are all wonky now.

Well my opinion is that the server population is too big for 4 or 5 GMs i really dont know cuz theres no info about the current staff members. And maybe we need some GMs that are europeans cuz when iam online there are no GMs most of the time cuz the time diference (9 hours).

And still i dont know how they manage to do anythink the server is full atm constantly .

 

Some simple logic, similar to that applied to the LFG channel, which would limit the amount of whispers sent to a GM could help reduce spamming. Something should be done to help the GM's and, ultimately, help us because the game needs administrating otherwise it will fall apart.

This supportsuite is what our team used on another server, it's fast and easy to use.
When you submit a ticket, whether it be about people abusing game mechanics or any technical issues, any GM online will be able to see it, open/close it, set the priority level etc etc. (******* possibilities )

I used to use Kayako, its pretty nice, I think this would actually be a pretty cool idea and I'll bring it up

 

Like today, i was on GM map there were 3 there and on //gmlist only showed 1. Oo

 

Someone should do something about this. If a GM hides himself 0-24, just resign from being a gm =_=
If we want to find a gm we WILL find a gm, but it's just taking too long to whisper every possible GM, when i see someone cheating.

 

We know..... wht gm are trying to say... i understand that very much.. but..

Only These 2 WEEKs The Gm are down Most of the times..

I can see why people the GM's go invisible due to the thousands of people but I can also see how annoying it may be for some hacker to pwn you and make you loose 50k AP, or some guy to fly up on you when you're grounded. I haven't been online in a week, due to my computer being down and only being in the lab computers (which suck) But a week ago a few of the GM's didn't seem like GM's at all. Seemed like 12 year olds, so naive and gullible. On top of that, they rarely did respond to any whispers anyone may have made. Dunno how they are now, however, I respect the majority of them for doing their job
