GM's Can you please assist me ^_^

i bought 2 pcs bolvig love 10% silence then i put it on storage... then it combine it to 2pcs. when im about to pass it on to my main character i put it on my account storage. but then it is gone and missing then i log-out then select my other character i saw it on it default cube... just 1pc. can you help me on it??? i just dont want my to put on waste my week long farming... thanks and more power....

 

If you have any proof to support your claims, please send a PM with that proof and your story to a Senior or higher GM, as only they can help resolve the issue.

it is just 30 min ago can you just check my log???? i got some screen shot. but the thing is when the indecent already been happen...
