Now what could you be looking to buy with golds o: ? You can get the skins off lesser abyss items and the single item that's a little more special per se are the E50 cloth gloves, which give attack speed instead of casting. Even in that case, you could probably get some of the newer ASPD cloth gloves.

Vera's HP is 900k and not 70m so as long as you get to her you should have a fair shot at getting yourself a pair of gloves.

 

Oh I also believe Padmarashka's Cave gives gold medals from mobs/chests. I'm not totally sure though but I did it with a friend one time and she went there.
