    when you're VIP, the drop rate drastically increases when PvE'ing seriously I'd recommend it.

    The snipers, they are by the lake near the 3 bosses with the protections. I believe they are called "Anuhart Dark Sniper."

    It would help a tiny bit, so not really. Before the aion 3.0 instances were fixed, each godstone dropped at least once every two attempts.
