Carl has many things to do, so may take some time with this just be patient, he does write on the donation page that lost or stolen items will not be replaced, but I hope for your sake you get it back...Autumn has posted him about it so I am sure he will look into it when he can.

I will check for Loleron, definitely a duper and I'll also check on the hacks they use and search everyone's inventory and punishment will be held from there.
