Got Scammed

Posting this in Behalf of a friend. (He doesn't know how to post) so here we go:

About Three Weeks ago i got Scammed by a player called "Xianrey". He was shouting in the /3 (LFG Channel) "WTS MASTA TOME FOR 1k CREDITS".

I pmed him and i said "I have"
He said "Buy me red costume"
I asked him "What is it?"
He said "Red Vine Wrapper"
I said "okay" but then i got Disconnected because my connection was sucking that day , had too much lag.
I bought the item after i got disconnected , and i came back online , Xianrey was not in the Game , he logged off.
I found him again 2-3 days ago and we had a conversation in which he told me that he said "I give you 5 minutes" but i don't know if he is lying or if he said that after i got disconnected..I did NOT receive that message.
So i didn't know there was a 5 minute limit in our deal..
Here is a screenshot which contains part of our conversation:

In this screenshot , he's saying that he told me he gives me 5 minutes to get it and that being late was the reason he logged out for. While as i mentioned above , i NEVER received that message...
And he also said to me that "He can ban me whenever he wants" and he called me an "Attention Whore".

And here is another screenshot in which he is saying that he's gonna report me too...
Please , give me my Credits back or the Mastarius Tome and Punish this Scammer.

Thanks in advance.

ps: The IGN As you can see is Egyptian , i did not ask for the ID However , i first need to get Permission.

EDIT: The Character he got Scammed on , was "Egyptian" which is in the Account called loly5989.
EDIT2: He just told me he changed his items.pak and the Red Vine Wrapper became a bugged icon item without a name and he destroyed it accidentally omfg -.-' w/e
