Grand Chieftain Saendukal-bugged?

    We went to Saendukal (the big one) some days ago and today I tried him again- with the same result. The point is that as soon as his HP reaches the third bar, he casts a 10 minute shield absorbing all damage dealed. Until it expires, he casts another one, so he is immortal this way. I mean the bigger one, the smaller could be OK I missed him every time. I slayed him many times on many servers and he never created such a shield.
    Is this a bug? Thanks for replying.

    What about an SM cant they Dispell Shield or you tried

    No we hadnt, but its very hard to get a SM, they are rare and they are mainly oriented on PvP...but it must be possible to kill him without SM, that shield isnt his normal skill..
