    rifts open every 6 hours it seems. and there should be wars in balaur. its a lot of fun. unless you are an elyos on the receiving end hah!
    the rifts really need to spawn a lot more often. like i said, on infinite it seems they are never shut (which is still bad...there should be a rest period so people can still level w/e)

    as i know, on infinite rifts spawn every hour.
