Grouping Bug

ok i know this issue has been raised both before and since update but i have yet to see any GM/AM responce, please tell me that this group issue is being looked into. I had it for 1 day prior to update and that was it, yes annoying but only 1 day yet since we had 2.5 i cannot group with any1. Its strange because i have seen many asmo raid partys so obviously not every1 has this problem so there must be some kind of fix, id like to know what ???
Please if any1 has any idea how to get round this so every1 can once again group and play aion as it should share.

 

Group bugs appear from time to time. For example, yesterday the server had to be restarted to address the issue since it became a general problem for most players.

I believe it will be looked into but the devs have plenty of other issues to address besides this one. As more reports come in, more priority is given to the issue.

There only way around the issue is that once you're in a group, do not get out or invite other people if other players begin to complain about the bug.

There is no actual fix for this yet, so just hang in there. I know it's frustrating but there isn't much that we can do about this right now.

 

I appreciate there are other issues that need dealing with but that restart yesterday has made no difference except i now have too ctrl/alt/del out of game where before i got error message and dc. This is still a server issue and has not been resolved for many players so yes i think it needs to be way up the priority list. If ppl cant group up then they cannot do any group instances and so cannot benefit from new 2.5 and cannot make use of cleric heals either.
This is way beyond frustrating for alot of ppl and really does need looking into asap, its a dam good server and bugs are to be expencted on any p/server but this is a nasty 1.
